The Our Health Matters Community of Practice will bring together health professionals, community workers, and advocates committed to strengthening Trans, Gender Diverse, Non-Binary, Sistergirl & Brotherboy health and wellbeing.

It will be a space to learn from each other, share best practice, and collaborate on affirming, inclusive approaches to care and community support.
